FRIED PLAINTAIN,BAKED BEANS AND PAP




Just woke up from a refreshing night sleep and started thinking of something that won't take time to prepare for my little ones. Since it's Monday morning and needed to have the most important meal of the day before stepping out, I made this fast and easy meal for BREAKFAST!!!

INGREDIENTS
Pap (akamu or ogi)
Ripe plantain
Baked beans
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt


PREPARATION FOR PAP
 In a kettle boil water on fire, then in an empty pan put the pap add a little water then use spoon to melt it check if the water is boiling very well if yes then pour inside the pap then use your spoon to turn it. Pap is ready.

PREPARATION FOR FRYING PLANTAIN
Wash your ripe plantain, pill and slice to desired shape in a bowl add a little salt to the plantain turn, place your frying pan on fire add your vegetable oil allow to heat for 10 minutes, start adding your sliced plantain to fry or till turn brown then remove and add the remaining one till is finished then turn off your burner. Fried plantain is ready serve with baked beans.
