RIPE PLANTAIN WITH FRESH VEGETABLE SAUCE AND BOILED EGG


Plantain is a delicious food nobody can resist, especially when prepared with vegetable sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
Ripe plantain
Carrot
Egg
Green pepper
Green beans
Fresh tomatoes
Fresh pepper
Onions
Vegetable oil
Seasoning cubes
Salt


PREPARATION
1. Cut your ripe plantain in a bowl wash and set aside
2. Cut your carrot, green pepper, green beans, fresh tomatoes, onions, and fresh pepper and set aside
3. Pour out you one cup of vegetable oil and set aside






COOKING METHOD FOR RIPE PLANTAIN
In an empty pot, put your cut plantain and add two medium cups of water and place on fire. Add one teaspoon of salt  then allow to cook for about 25 minutes, bring down and remove plantain from water.

FOR EGG
In an empty pot put your eggs and add 2 medium cups of water. Place on fire, allow to boil for 15 minutes then bring down and peel the eggs.

FOR SAUCE
Place your frying pan on fire, pour in two cooking spoon of vegetable oil and allow for 5 minutes. Add your onions and stir. Add your green beans and stir for 2 minutes. Add your salt and fresh pepper then stir. Add your carrot, green pepper and fresh tomatoes then stir for another 3 minutes. Bring down and turn off your burner. Food is ready to be served.
